These Terms of Use govern the use of the ASK Betting mobile application provided by ASK Project INC.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using any feature of ASK Betting, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you should not use ASK Betting.

Scope of Service

ASK Betting is a comprehensive football analytics platform that evaluates matches using advanced statistics, AI-powered predictions, probability analysis, team performance data, and odds information.

Features available through the application may include:

  • Pre-match football analyses
  • AI-powered match predictions
  • Probability and confidence assessments
  • Team and player performance data
  • Historical match data
  • Lineup and match statistics
  • Odds and market data
  • Favorite team and league tracking
  • Match and league notifications
  • Community posts
  • User profiles and following features
  • Premium analyses and features available through Arena PRO

ASK Project INC. may improve, modify, discontinue, or add features to the application.

Age and Eligibility

ASK Betting is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and who meet the legal age requirement in their country to access this type of football analysis content.

By using the application, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You meet the legal age requirement in your country to access this type of football analysis content.
  • You use the application of your own free will.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Access to an account or certain features may be restricted if the applicable age or eligibility requirements are not met.

User Accounts

Certain ASK Betting features may require the creation of a user account.

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Keeping their account information secure.
  • Contacting ASK Project INC. if they become aware of unauthorized account use.
  • Not using another person's account without authorization.
  • Not attempting to bypass or misuse application security systems.

Users may not transfer accounts to third parties or use accounts in a manner that compromises application security.

Analytics, Predictions and Data Sources

Predictions, probabilities, AI assessments, statistics, comparisons, odds information, and other football analyses presented through ASK Betting are analytical content generated or presented on the basis of available data.

Football matches may be affected by numerous variables, including lineup changes, injuries, tactical decisions, in-match events, weather conditions, data updates, and similar factors.

AI predictions and probability values displayed in ASK Betting represent assessments generated by the application's analytical systems.

Data may originate from third-party data providers, external sources, or ASK Betting's own analytical systems. Data availability, coverage, and update timing may vary depending on the match, competition, or provider.

Odds Information

ASK Betting may display odds information associated with certain football matches and analyses.

Odds may change over time, and values displayed in ASK Betting may differ from values simultaneously displayed on another platform.

Odds information is provided as part of football analysis and does not constitute a commitment that a particular value will be available through any third-party service.

Community Rules

ASK Betting may provide Community features that allow users to interact with one another.

Through Community, users may:

  • Share coupon or analysis content.
  • Comment on other users' posts.
  • Follow other users.
  • Save or support content.
  • Report inappropriate content.
  • Block other users.
  • Manage their own profile and Community content.

Users must respect the rights of others when using Community.

The following content and conduct are prohibited:

  • Content containing insults, threats, harassment, or bullying.
  • Content containing hate speech or discrimination.
  • Spam or repeated unwanted content.
  • Knowingly misleading or deceptive content.
  • Content directing users toward illegal activities.
  • Content sharing another person's personal information without permission.
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution of content belonging to others.
  • Conduct intended to disrupt the security, operation, or experience of other users.
  • Malware, harmful links, or content capable of compromising security.
  • Content falsely suggesting authorization to act on behalf of ASK Betting or another person or organization.

Users are responsible for content they publish through Community.

Moderation

ASK Project INC. may review user-generated content and take moderation measures to maintain the safety and quality of Community.

ASK Betting may:

  • Review reported content.
  • Remove content that violates these Terms of Use.
  • Limit the visibility of content.
  • Temporarily restrict certain Community features.
  • Suspend user accounts for repeated or serious violations.
  • Terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations.
  • Apply protective measures to accounts that threaten the security of the service.

Users may use the reporting and blocking tools available within the application.

Reporting content does not automatically mean that the content will be removed. Reports may be reviewed according to the nature and circumstances of the content.

User Content and License

Users confirm that they own the original content they submit to ASK Betting or have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content.

By publishing content through Community, the user grants ASK Project INC. the limited permission necessary to display, distribute, technically process, and make that content available to other users for the operation of the service.

This permission is used for the operation of ASK Betting and for displaying the user's content within the application.

When an account or relevant content is deleted, the content may be removed from active areas of the application, except where limited retention is required for technical backups, security, abuse prevention, or necessary retention processes.

Arena PRO Subscription

Arena PRO is a paid subscription service that provides access to certain advanced analyses and premium features within ASK Betting.

Arena PRO subscription options may include:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • 3-month subscription
  • Annual subscription

Arena PRO does not include a free trial period.

The current price, currency, billing period, and purchase terms for each subscription are displayed through Google Play before the purchase is completed.

No fixed subscription price is stated in these Terms of Use. The current price displayed to the user through Google Play at the time of purchase applies.

The scope of premium features included in Arena PRO may be described within the application and may evolve over time.

Arena PRO subscriptions are auto-renewing subscriptions.

Unless the user cancels the subscription, it may automatically renew at the end of the selected billing period and the applicable Google Play account may be charged.

Deleting or uninstalling the application alone does not cancel a subscription.

Subscription management and cancellation can be performed through the subscription management tools associated with the user's Google Play account.

The period for which premium access continues following cancellation and the effective cancellation date depend on the user's current subscription period and the terms displayed by Google Play.

Arena PRO purchases made through the Android application may be processed using Google Play's payment infrastructure.

Price, currency, taxes, payment method, and other payment-related information may be displayed to the user by Google Play during the purchase process.

Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions through Google Play subscription management.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, access following cancellation and refund conditions are handled according to Google Play policies and the terms presented to the user at purchase.

Refund requests are evaluated through the applicable refund mechanisms of the platform through which the purchase was made and any mandatory requirements that apply.

Intellectual Property

Rights relating to the ASK Betting software, design, user interface, branding, logos, original graphics, analytical models, compilations, text, and other original material created by ASK Project INC. belong to ASK Project INC. or the relevant rights holders.

Users receive only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use ASK Betting for personal use.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting to access the application source code without authorization.
  • Copying or redistributing the application without authorization.
  • Using ASK Betting branding without permission.
  • Systematically collecting or scraping application content using automated tools.
  • Attempting to circumvent technical protection or security mechanisms.

Prohibited Use

ASK Betting may not be used for the following purposes:

  • Damaging the technical infrastructure of the application.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers or accounts.
  • Misusing the service through automated requests, bots, or similar tools.
  • Accessing other users' accounts without authorization.
  • Creating false or misleading user identities.
  • Manipulating Community moderation systems.
  • Using the application to conduct or promote illegal activities.
  • Generating traffic of a type or volume intended to disrupt normal operation of the service.

Third-Party Services

Certain ASK Betting features may operate in connection with Google Play, Firebase, notification services, authentication services, football data providers, or other technical service providers.

The availability, technical interruptions, or independent terms of third-party services may be outside the direct control of ASK Project INC.

Where use of a third-party service is required, the applicable terms and policies of that provider may also apply.

Service Changes and Interruptions

ASK Project INC. does not guarantee that ASK Betting will be uninterrupted or permanently available with exactly the same features.

Parts of the service may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security updates, technical issues, interruptions affecting third-party services, data-provider issues, or application development.

ASK Project INC. may:

  • Add new features.
  • Update existing features.
  • Change the design or operation of features.
  • Remove features that are no longer supported.
  • Apply technical restrictions for security or service quality.

Existing rights relating to active paid subscriptions will be taken into consideration where a material change directly affects those subscriptions.

Account Restriction and Termination

Certain account features may be restricted, an account may be temporarily suspended, or in serious cases an account may be terminated for reasons including:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use.
  • Repeated violation of Community rules.
  • Harassment or threats toward other users.
  • Spam or systematic abuse.
  • Compromising application security.
  • Fraudulent activity or unauthorized account use.
  • Interfering with the technical operation of the service.

The measure applied may depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account using the account deletion feature available through ASK Betting.

Following account deletion, access to the account may end and associated data will be processed or deleted in accordance with ASK Betting's Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Where an active Arena PRO subscription exists, deleting an ASK Betting account may not remove the need to separately cancel the corresponding Google Play subscription.

Users should separately review the status of active subscriptions through Google Play subscription management.

Disclaimer

ASK Betting is an analytics platform designed to help users examine football matches in greater detail through data and analytical tools.

Predictions, statistics, probability values, odds information, and other assessments available through the application are analytical information intended to assist users in conducting their own evaluation.

Users decide for themselves how to evaluate information presented through the application and any personal decisions they make on the basis of that information.

ASK Project INC. is not responsible for match events outside its control, errors or delays attributable to third-party data sources, or personal decisions made by users, without limiting any mandatory rights that users may have.

Changes to These Terms

ASK Project INC. may update these Terms of Use as the application develops, new features are introduced, the service structure changes, or security and compliance requirements evolve.

For material updates, users may be required to review and, where appropriate, accept the updated Terms of Use again.

The current Terms of Use can be viewed through the Agreements and Policies section of ASK Betting.

Translation Service

User-written coupon titles, descriptions, comments, replies and profile biographies may be sent to Amazon Translate when a user requests a translation or after a coupon is published. Translations are stored in our secure server cache. Moderation and reporting always use the original text.
