1. General Information

This Privacy, KVKK Notice and Data Protection Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, used, protected, transferred, retained, and deleted when users access or use the ASK Betting mobile application provided by ASK Project INC.

ASK Project INC. values the protection of personal data and aims to process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide, secure, operate, and improve ASK Betting and to comply with applicable obligations.

2. Scope of This Policy

ASK Betting may provide football analyses, AI-powered predictions, probability assessments, statistics, odds information, Community features, favorites, following functionality, notifications, and Arena PRO services.

3. Categories of Personal Data That May Be Processed

Depending on the ASK Betting features used, the following categories of personal data may be processed.

3.1. Account and Identification Information

• Username and displayed profile name.
• Email address.
• Application user ID and account identifiers.
• Authentication information required to create or access an account.
• Basic account information provided by Google if the user chooses Google Sign-In.

3.2. Profile Information

• Profile photo or avatar.
• Optional profile information selected by the user.
• Follower and following relationships.

3.3. Age and Eligibility Records

• Confirmation that the user satisfies the 18+ requirement.
• Confirmation that the user meets the applicable legal age requirement in their country.
• The date and time of acceptance and the version of Terms of Use or similar documents accepted by the user.

ASK Betting does not intend to require an identity document or national identification number as part of its ordinary age confirmation process. Users may instead be asked to confirm the age and eligibility statement displayed within the application.

3.4. Community and User-Generated Content

• Coupon and analysis posts.
• Comments and replies.
• Content support, saving, and similar interactions.
• Following and unfollowing activity.
• User blocking records.
• Reports concerning content or users.
• Records associated with moderation actions.

Usernames, profile information, coupons, analyses, comments, and similar information published in Community may be visible to other ASK Betting users.

3.5. Favorites, Preferences, and Application Settings

• Favorite teams and leagues.
• Saved content.
• Following preferences.
• Notification categories and notification preferences.
• Application language and similar user settings.

3.6. Device, Notification, and Technical Data

• Device and operating system information.
• Application version and technical build information.
• Firebase installation identifiers.
• Push notification tokens used to deliver notifications.
• IP addresses and server request logs used for security and connectivity purposes.
• Application errors, crash reports, and technical error information.
• Network response times, startup times, and similar performance information.

ASK Betting does not request permission to access the device's precise GPS location. However, certain technical services may derive an approximate country or region from an IP address.

3.7. Usage and Analytics Data

• Application launches and session-related information.
• Events relating to screens and features used within the application.
• Analytics information used to understand application performance and usage trends.

This information may be used to evaluate application performance, identify technical issues, and improve the user experience.

3.8. Arena PRO Subscription and Purchase Information

• The Arena PRO subscription plan purchased.
• Subscription status.
• Google Play product, purchase, or transaction identifiers associated with the subscription.
• Purchase records required to verify premium access.

ASK Betting does not intend to directly process users' payment card information. Payments completed through Google Play are processed through Google's payment infrastructure.

3.9. Support and Communications

• The email address used when contacting ASK Project INC.
• The content of a support request.
• Information or screenshots voluntarily provided to resolve a technical issue.

4. Sensitive Personal Data

ASK Betting does not request health information, biometric information, religious beliefs, political opinions, or similar sensitive categories of personal data as part of the ordinary use of its services.

Users are encouraged not to disclose sensitive personal data through Community, profiles, comments, or support requests.

5. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Authenticating users and providing secure account access.
• Providing ASK Betting features and services.
• Managing favorites, followed users, and personalized application preferences.
• Operating Community posts, comments, and user interactions.

• Applying match, league, and Community notification preferences.
• Verifying Arena PRO purchases and subscription status.
• Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, spam, abuse, and security threats.
• Managing reports and Community moderation.
• Detecting and resolving application crashes and technical errors.
• Improving application performance, stability, and user experience.
• Responding to user and support requests.
• Processing account deletion and personal data requests.
• Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or protecting legal rights where necessary.

6. How Personal Data Is Collected

Personal data may be collected electronically through the following methods:

• Information entered directly by users in registration or profile forms.
• Content created and interactions performed by users within Community.
• Authentication methods selected by the user, such as Google Sign-In.
• Technical records automatically generated during operation of the application and servers.
• Records generated by Firebase and similar technical services while the application is used.
• Arena PRO subscription transactions completed through Google Play.
• Support emails and other communications submitted by users.

7. Legal Grounds for Processing

Personal data is processed on legal grounds that are appropriate under applicable data protection law.

Depending on the nature of the processing, these grounds may include:

• Processing that is directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract for the provision of ASK Betting services.
• Processing necessary for ASK Project INC. to comply with a legal obligation.
• Processing necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right.

8. Firebase and Google Services

ASK Betting may use Firebase services provided by Google to operate the application, measure performance, identify crashes and technical errors, evaluate usage statistics, and deliver notifications.

Services used may include:

• Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Firebase Crashlytics.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Firebase installation and application infrastructure services.

During use of these services, Google may process technical information such as Firebase installation identifiers, application information, device and operating system information, technical events, crash and performance information, notification tokens, and, depending on the service, IP addresses.

Google and Firebase maintain their own data retention, processing, and security practices under the applicable Google and Firebase terms.

9. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed to or processed through the following recipient categories to the extent necessary to operate ASK Betting:

• Cloud and server infrastructure providers.
• Technical service providers such as Google and Firebase.
• Google Play and subscription/payment infrastructure providers.

ASK Project INC. does not sell personal data for the purpose of trading user information.

10. International Data Transfers

Google, Firebase, and similar global technology providers used by ASK Betting may provide services through infrastructure located in different countries.

As a result, certain personal and technical data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Türkiye.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, ASK Project INC. considers and applies the transfer requirements and appropriate safeguards required under applicable personal data protection law according to the nature of the transfer.

International transfer arrangements may differ depending on the location of the service provider, the service involved, the data categories concerned, and applicable legal requirements.

11. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and to the extent required by applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the category of information and the purpose of processing.

• Core account data may be retained while the user account remains active.
• Community content may be retained until deleted by the user, deleted with the account, or removed through moderation.
• Blocking, reporting, and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent abuse and protect users.
• Terms acceptance and age eligibility records may be retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate the acceptance and the applicable content version.
• Arena PRO records may be retained for as long as necessary to verify subscription status and satisfy relevant financial or legal requirements.
• Technical logs, crash information, and performance records may be retained for limited periods for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Support communications may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate record of previous communications.

When the purpose and legal basis for processing personal data no longer exist, the relevant information is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized where appropriate.

12. Account and Personal Data Deletion

ASK Betting users may request account deletion through the account deletion feature available within the application.

Users may also initiate account deletion through the external account deletion resource identified on ASK Betting's Google Play listing.

Following an account deletion request, personal data associated with the account for which no continuing valid legal basis for retention exists will be deleted or anonymized.

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where necessary for:

• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Investigation of fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• The establishment, exercise, or protection of legal rights.
• Temporary storage in technical backups until deleted through the ordinary backup lifecycle.

Deleting an ASK Betting account does not necessarily cancel an active Arena PRO subscription through Google Play. Active subscriptions may need to be managed separately through Google Play.

13. Community and Publicly Visible Information

Community may contain areas where users publish content that is visible to other ASK Betting users.

Usernames, profile images, coupons, analyses, comments, and similar information published through Community may be visible to other users.

Users should not publish the following information through Community:

• National identification or passport information.
• Home addresses or sensitive location information.
• Phone numbers.
• Payment card or bank information.
• Passwords or security codes.
• Health information or other sensitive personal data.
• Private information relating to another person without their permission.

Content that violates Community rules or creates a personal data security risk may be reported, restricted, or removed.

14. Notifications

ASK Betting may send device notifications where the user has granted notification permission.

Notifications may relate to:

• General application information.
• Matches.
• Leagues.
• Community and followed users.

A push notification token associated with the device may be processed to deliver notifications.

Users can manage notification permission through their device settings and available ASK Betting notification preferences.

15. Analytics and Performance Measurement

ASK Betting may use analytics and performance tools to understand how the application is used, identify technical issues, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.

This processing may include application version, device type, sessions, application events, performance measurements, and similar technical information.

This information is not used for the purpose of selling personal data or creating profiles for the sale of personal information.

ASK Betting may use error reporting services such as Firebase Crashlytics to detect application crashes and technical errors.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can provide absolute security.

18. Users Under 18

ASK Betting is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

If ASK Betting becomes aware that personal data relating to a person under 18 has been processed contrary to the applicable age and eligibility requirements, the relevant account may be restricted and appropriate deletion measures may be taken.

ASK Project INC. cannot control independent processing activities carried out by third parties outside ASK Project INC.'s control.

Community Content Translations

User-written coupon titles, descriptions, comments, replies and profile biographies may be sent to Amazon Translate when a user requests a translation or after a coupon is published. Translations are stored in our secure server cache. Moderation and reporting always use the original text.
